How it works remotely
A twenty-minute call
You describe your business and your customers. I listen, ask questions, and send you a written proposal with a firm price.
You supply almost nothing
Your logo if you have one, a few photos, and your contact details. I write the text.
You follow the progress
The site is visible on a test address within days. You comment, I adjust.
Going live
The domain is registered in your name. The files are yours. You can move to another provider without rebuilding anything.

Price on quotation
Outside Belgium I publish no rates: market realities, expectations and the work involved differ too much from one country to the next for a single figure to mean anything. After the twenty-minute call you receive a firm price in writing, itemised line by line.

- No published rates outside Belgium: the price depends on your country, the number of pages and the number of languages. You receive it in writing after the call, and it is firm: it does not move afterwards.
- Paid in two instalments
- 40% on order, 60% on delivery. International transfer in euros, bank charges payable by the client.
- Hosting included for six months
- For a first project outside Belgium, hosting and maintenance are included and settled with the balance. After that, a monthly subscription set out in the quotation, or you move the site to the host of your choice.
- Belgian invoicing
- Belgian company, number BE 1042.007.454, VAT exemption scheme. The invoice states the scheme applying to your country.
Languages and hours
I work in English, French and Dutch. The site can be delivered in one or several of those languages. My time zone is Brussels; for calls, I fit around yours.
