The starting point
A window-fitting business with no website: enquiries came by word of mouth, and anyone typing the name into their phone found nothing.
What was done
- A showcase site with one page per service: windows, doors, verandas.
- A short quote request, with photo attachments.
- Google Business Profile created and completed, for searches made on a phone.
- Enquiry tracking: every contact gets a reference and arrives by email.
